CrossTie Financial property management division currently has 55 units under contract consisting of:

• Condominiums
• Single-Family Residences
• Multi-Unit Apartments

We offer a wide varriety of property management services, ranging from complete full service management to credit screening reports for the independent property owner.

Tenant Screening:  Do you manage your own properties but have an occasional need to screen potential tenants?  We offer one-time tenant screeing; Membership or monthly fees are not required.  Our tenant screening reports provide the following information:

• Previous Address History
• Terrorist Alert
• Multi-State Criminal
• Multi-State Sex Offender
• Tenant Score
